About Us

The development of the Business School of Wenzhou University adheres to the principle of “hard work, commitment, and endeavour”. With focuses on teaching and construction of discipline and professional teaching team, the school strives to further enhance its influence and competitiveness in the province with improved programmes, therefore to become the prestigious school of the "cradle of entrepreneurs". The business school takes the opportunity of the construction of the Zhejiang Province first-class discipline -- applied economics, to accelerate the construction of economic talent team, consolidate the research team and direction, promote scientific research, improve the quality of personnel training, promotes social services, strengthen academic exchange and enhance influence.

The International Department operates under the management of the Business School, and is responsible for the teaching of over 200 international students in the School. The department currently has three undergraduate programmes including BSs International Economics and Trade, BSc Marketing and BSc Business Administration; one postgraduate (master) programme of MSc Applied Economics in Entrepreneurship Management. In the past few years, the department has been developing at an astonishing pace with the recruitment of more staff members and the expansion of postgraduate teaching.

In addtion to the top notch teaching supported by quality research, the department also develops multiple international projects to stimulate wider collaborations. So far, the department has established intensive collaborations with some of top international universities including Ashton University, Exeter University, University of Bristol, university of cattolica, etc. Our students will have the opportunities to obtain a dual bachelor's degree or a master degree through our joint projects.

The department also has extensive cooperations with various business communities. Students will carry out field projects while reflecting the knowledge learned on the class, which would significantly improve their career prospects.
